The key component to any relationship is communication, and coaching is no different. I believe that the coach and athlete relationship requires open dialogue between both parties.
Stress plus rest equals adaptation. That is what we are looking for to improve as an athlete. I understand that the body doesn't know the difference between life stress and training stress. I know that you have a life outside of sport, and that needs to be taken into account when building your training. My job is to provide the minimum effective level of training to result in the physiological adaptations that are required to provide you with the ability to train consistently and lead to your success.
The goal at JET Triathlon is to help you be the best you, you can be, both in life and in sport.
